It is very common for leaseholders to have control of the management of their development/estate through a Residents Management Company (RMC). The majority of our clients are RMC’s and these take on a number of formats:
- Residents Management Company that owns the freehold interest of the development/estate.
- Residents Management Company that has the management responsibility devolved to it by the Freeholder/Landlord with the terms of the lease.
- A Right to Manage Company where the leaseholders, or a majority of leaseholders, have acquired the Right to Manage through a statutory process without the agreement of the Freeholder/Landlord.
Our additional service to Resident Management Companies include acting as the Company Secretary, arranging an Annual General Meeting as required, submitting company accounts, completing the annual Confirmation Statement, and using our offices as your companies registered office.
